Purchasing Cooperatives
If there is something you are looking for, most likely
some other state or community has already bought it. Under our City
Procurement Ordinance, Departments are allow to purchase under existing
pricing agreements provide the following condition are met:
1. The contract or pricing agreement was obtained by
a governmental or governmental sponsored
entity.
2. The contract or pricing agreement was obtain using local, state, or
federal procurement regulations
or procedure that apply to that entity.
3. The entity agrees to allow the City of Clovis to use their existing
pricing contract, bid, or request for
proposal.
4. The vendor agrees to grant equal to or less than pricing as the
original contract base on quantities
ratios.
5. Obtain permission from the City of Clovis Purchasing Agent or
designated representative.
